730 out of 2,190,000 days worth of data in the universe is not scientific. What passes for science since the greats like Newton, Pasteur and co is just ridiculous. Gives science a bad name.
Isn’t Earth time based on a division into units based on the amount of time it takes for a full rotation? If so time is getting shorter. If the earth is spinning faster it needs to be measured in some unit other than Earth Seconds.

It was, prior to 1970.
Used to be that the second was defined such that there were always 86,400 seconds in a day and the length of a second varied from one day to the next.
Since 1970 the length of a second is fixed, and the number of seconds in a day varies from 86,398 to 86,402. On each January or July 1st we add or subtract one of two leap seconds to keep the clock lined up with the Earth.
This is the difference between Greenwich Mean Time and Coordinated Universal Time.
Thanks I just read up on it and quite honestly didn’t know time had been “redefined” in my lifetime. I was being sarcastic to an extent. Unless you are doing scientific calculations the simple divisions are much more practical.
The older I get, the more often I discover practicality of the past may be more effective than science of the present for real life situations.
