No, he is an actual Republican. Not as conservative as someone like, for example, Tom Cotton or Ted Cruz, but vastly conservative than the most right wing Dem, Joe Manchin. So people who say he doesn’t disagree with dems on anything except a few green bills are either stupid or ignorant.
