I’m glad you recovered - folks ARE still dying from even the reduced strains but it is pretty rare. My wife does have a great sense of humor - but no, she didn’t say that to our son. (Hence the /s for sarcasm.)
We’re just so glad that he is alive and has no lasting effects from it. It was really scary.
