Putin Warns West Current World Order Is Over and New Era Is Coming

Vladimir Putin has warned that "a new stage in world history" is coming in a speech in which he condemned "the model of total domination" by the West.

During the address on Wednesday in Moscow, the Russian leader took a swipe at the populations of Western countries, which he described as the "golden billion", and asked why their leaders should "impose their own rules of conduct based on the illusion of exclusivity" which he believed was "inherently racist and neo-colonial."

"One gets the impression that the West simply cannot offer the world its own model of the future," Putin said, as he described how the dominance of the West owed itself to "the robbery of other peoples both in Asia and in Africa."

He singled out India in particular as being "robbed" in his criticism of colonial powers. With Russia facing sanctions from the West due to his invasion, trade ties between New Delhi and Moscow have strengthened since the start of the Ukraine war and Russia has pivoted towards countries like China and Iran.

This week, Putin held meetings with Iranian and Turkish leaders in Tehran in which he looked to forge a new alliance in response to tough measures imposed by the U.S. and its allies, predominantly in Europe.

Putin said that the global "elites" were now "terribly afraid" that other parts of the world "may present their own options for development."

"But no matter how much Western and supranational elites strive to preserve the existing order of things—a new era is coming, a new stage in world history," he added.

What I say still stands. Wars to grab territory are no longer acceptable by the civilized world.

Mr. Putin, please do us all a favor by making every WEF member own nothing so they can be happy.

What’s good for the goose...

Ukraine is not a member of NATO. Putin attacked to gain territory, all other reasons are BS.

So you very conveniently did not address what the US would do if Russia and/or China placed missiles on our border with Canada and Mexico?

Why are you dodging that question? Uh??

“So now even Putin is playing the race card. Folks who play the race card should be looked upon with great suspicion.”

I’m very disappointed and surprised by these statements. He was a staunch supporter of western civilization.

My guess, he’s playing the race card to ingratiate himself to his new partners, the Indians, Chinese, Iranians, Turks...

“People will read about Vladimir Putin a thousand years from now. Nobody will remember YOU five minutes after you die.”

So true! Russia has clearly been blessed having Putin for the last 20 years. The improvements in Russia under his leadership have been monumental. It is understandable that the heavily indoctrinated who know nothing about him have just accepted the comic book demonized portrayal perpetrated by the West.

Scott Ritter:

Vladimir Putin, I know he is reviled outside of Russia; I think in Russia right now he has a very high approval rating. But, I will tell you this as a historian....one day the history of this is going to be written, decades from now when people have lost the emotion of the moment. And when people talk about this time in the history of the world there are two leaders that are going to be mentioned by name in a positive fashion. One is China’s president Xi; the other is Vladimir Putin and I am betting that Vladimir Putin is actually elevated to being the smartest, wisest, most pragmatic, most responsible global leader. That because of Vladimir Putin the world actually avoided a major conflagration. Yes we are at war in Ukraine, yes there is a potential for different conflicts, but I think the measured way that he is leading Russia right now is actually preventing a wider conflict by giving the West a chance to destroy itself as opposed to requiring Russian forces to destroy it.

“But he was fat and puffy and his left arm hung at his side and his right foot was completely gone and he farted.

Right Maximoose?”

:-)

You just have to laugh at the ignorance of some people. But, it is amazing how long they have carried on with their “shtick.”

TRT journalist Ali Mustafa, who said the “stoic right arm is linked to his KGB training intended to keep an agent’s ‘gun arm’ close to his holster, ready to draw a weapon at a moment’s notice.”

Despite reports claiming that Putin has cancer, Parkinson’s disease or both, there is no evidence that he is ill and the Kremlin has repeatedly stated that the Russian leader is in good health.

The notion that Putin has Parkinson’s dates back several years and was investigated in a 2015 study by neurologists. This study, which was published in the BMJ medical journal, also backed the theory that Putin’s unconventional gait stemmed from his KGB training.

Although the study is seven years old, the scientists said Putin had “excellent motor skills,” and pointed out that a reduced arm swing explained by security services training had also been seen in other former KGB officers and military commanders.

Thanks for posting the full speech.

Reading the whole thing rather than selective excerpts paints a whole different picture, as is usually the case.

He’s for national sovereignty (as opposed to a world government), for individual sovereignty and pursuit of “self-fulfillment” (pursuit of happiness), respects traditional values and history, but also very open to new ideas.

All in all I found it to be a very “conservative” speech. Trump would approve, and so would most freepers, if they bothered to read it. (Though, good luck with that, sadly most freepers barely read the headline)

That is exactly why I did it. I marvel at the ignorance of about 25% of Freepers. They are just clueless about reality.

Your comments “He’s for national sovereignty (as opposed to a world government), for individual sovereignty and pursuit of “self-fulfillment” (pursuit of happiness), respects traditional values and history, but also very open to new ideas.” are spot on.

Trump has always liked Putin and has repeatedly said so to the dismay of our media...:-) One of the biggest tragedies of the evil left’s long term project to destroy Trump is tying him to demonized Putin so that Trump was prohibited from working with Russia; something Trump always wanted to do, something that would have kept Putin in our orbit instead of driving him into China’s. And Putin always wanted to work with the West; even twice asking to join NATO.

How different things would have been.

World Atlas on New World Order: “The phrase has been in use since its inception, especially in the political field. In 1994, Henry Kissinger claimed that a new world order was not possible without the US participation since it was the most significant component.[That was then, this is now.] The former UK Prime Minister, Tony Blair used the phrase in November 2000 and also in 2001 to 2003 while calling for a new world order. Gordon Brown, also former UK Prime Minister also called for a new world order in 2008 while on a tour to New Delhi.[The BRIC initiative surprised him.] He also used the phase at the G20 Summit in 2009 in London.

Several other world leaders such as Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, the Iranian President, and his Georgian counterpart, Mikheil Saakashvili have also called for a new world order. Some scholars have also advanced their thesis on the declining global influence of the US and the rising of illiberal powers including China. [Aha!]

Who's stumbling? You may need Wikipedia to explain life to you, but I happened to be there. It was real. We invaded a sovereign country like we have so many times before and since to knock off Castro. We failed miserably (Bay of Pigs 1961).

AND THEN, soon after we threatened WWIII because the Soviets placed missiles in Cuba. We did the logical thing when that happened.

If you think Ukraine is such a wonderful place, head on over there. They are always looking for a few more fools for cannon fodder. Better yet, send your kids (like we always do).

Putin is doing the same to protect his country from a bumbling bunch of war-mongers with a record of regime changes and a documented threat against his country and people. Good for him. It's working.

You may think it's okay to invade a country covertly and force regime change just as we tried in Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, and a few others and failed miserably. I don't. Now we're getting a dose of our own medicine.

Putin is winning and WINNING BIG TIMEagainst the bumbling fools and shysters.

Countries have been invading one another since whenever. It’s why we have countries.

But, since you’re on the moral high horse…..Do you wish to live your life under the thumb of the NWO/WEF/Globalist/UN//UNIPARTY? Or would you rather have the truth and right as many wrongs as possible?

I say that, knowing that, at the end of the day, it’s the people, the common man/woman, in both countries are suffering. As is always the case. But the reason for all the suffering is because of the NWO/WEF/Globalist/UN/UNIPARTY

Some of us are tired of living under the boot. They started it

Not drooling over Russia.

Amazing how the Ukraine/Zelensky cheerleader on here automatically revert to that when they have nothing else.

WRONG! It is exactly why he invaded. No different than we have done -- either covertly or with the military.

Can you say; VIETNAM, IRAQ AND/OR AFGANASTAIN? Now, those sure worked out real well for us. Right?

“WRONG! It is exactly why he invaded!”

Yeah sure. First he takes an annexes Crimea, then invades to build his land bridge where lots of natural gas was discovered and is currently setting up a phony “referendum” for annexation. You think I was born yesterday?

“VIETNAM, IRAQ AND/OR AFGANASTAIN? “

And how much land in those places did we annex?

YES!

“VIETNAM, IRAQ AND/OR AFGANASTAIN? “ And how much land in those places did we annex?

I see. You're okay with invading a sovereign country and killing the leaders. And then just every so often annex the loser as in the case of Hawaii or the west from the Mexican American War. Or how about taking land from native Americans and driving them all to reservation patches of land. I get it. Just don't annex too often.

Better yet, send the spooks into a sovereign country, stir up a revolution, and regime change the leader. Just don't let the invaders wear a uniform. Sure. That's perfectly okay.
