He should have been charged with violent felony and held
without bail and held in county jail pending arraignment
in front of a judge.
I want to know why the DA did NOT charge him that way.
With recent attacks and threats against elected and even
members of the SCOTUS this minor charge is an abomination.
Monday I will be calling for an investigation in to this DA’s
failure to properly charge this guy. It’s BS!
Feds scooped him up this afternoon. He’s in jail on federal charges now. No bond hearing till Monday.
We should know the name of the DA and judge who let this happen. And unless i missed it, I’ve also hear nothing from that Buffalo based, backstabbing bitch in Albany about this either. (Pardon my french)
