“I hope Bannon can appeal?”
Some who know him well on War Room said that he will. Said he held back info during this trial to be used in his appeal. Hearsay; I don’t know.
Since the appeal will be based on the evidence presented in Court, holding back evidence for appeal would be a VERY foolish strategy.
He does have a multitude of legal issues to raise on appeal, however.
I would be very surprised if this were not reversed on appeal.
Appeal will focus on violated rights of due process and separation of powers.

Reason for not presenting defense is because DC Court wouldn’t allow arguments and evidence regarding the above.
DC Appeals will need review if lower court erred in denying due process and not allowing arguments pertaining to Executive Privilege.
When Bannon was first summoned to testify, he declined to testify citing Executive Privilege. He was arrested.
After his arrest, Trump waived Executive Privilege for him. Then Bannon signaled he would testify. At that point, DOJ idiots (yeah idoots!) should have dropped charges, but they didn’t. Now Appeals will need to grapple with following facts:
1. Declined to testify citing EP.
2. Willing to testify when EP waived.
Appeals will scratch their heads at government argument that he intended NOT to cooperate. Lower court should have dismissed based on his intent to testify once EP was waived.
But this is DC Appeals, so who knows?
If DC Appeals blows it off, then Bannon lawyers file with SCOTUS.
In the meantime, Bannon rots in the DC Gulag for months, possibly years. Leftists will run victory laps and call for Trump’s head. If they get Trump arrested, they come for us.
That won’t work very well; In order to raise an issue on appeal, the argument must be brought up in the trial court first.
