My guess if they sent you a subpoena you would get a lawyer and respond.
Banon had no privilige. And he ignored them.
This was a farce on both sides. He won’t win on appeal. And there is no basis to go beyond the next level.
He WILL end up a federal felon and he will go to prison.
And by the time he gets out…the world will have moved on.
