Over a HALF BILLION sole-source contract with no bidding?
When I was conducting RFPs, we couldn’t go over $30,000 sole-source and had to write lots of justification (REAL justification about the uniqueness of the supplier or their tech) and get lots of upper management approvals.

All the tests are “Emergency Use Authorized” and have never been proven. I know of a person who went through 5 home “tests” one after the other until they got the positive they were looking for. These things are a cash cow and DNA harvesting tool in the case of nasal brushes.

I know of a person who went through 5 home “tests” one after the other until they got the positive they were looking for.Why were they looking for a positive result? To get a vacation from work? If I got four negative tests in a row, I would conclude I don't have it. It's weird to keep going until you get a positive result.

Somebody at a family member's work who is way into the hypochondria thing. They weren't even sick with anything but thought they were exposed. It's one of the weirder stories I've heard. Hard to believe formerly rational people are doing these things.

Here in North Idaho, maybe half wore masks even at the peak and our results were better than many crazy states. But this summer I’ll see a few people wearing masks. They look like Martians.
