An examination of 433 active shooter attacks in the United States between 2000 and 2021 showed that only 22 ended with a bystander shooting an attacker,

Of those 433, how many took place in "gun free zones" where bystanders were not allowed to be armed? Those 22 might actually be a large percent of cases where it could have happened.
