The procedure for that conflict was being accomplished by the directive of the Constitution. Pence did exactly what he was supposed to do.

Disagree.

George Washington would not have done this. Samuel Adams would not have done this. Thomas Jefferson would not have done this.

*MEN* would not have done this.

“Disagree”

So you wanted him to violate the directives of the Constitution, accomplishing nothing because he would have been replaced, and not trying to use the process to right a wrong? We live in a country of laws and are expected to follow them.

As for supporting the Constitution, George Washington signed the federal Constitution on September 17, 1787 at Independence Hall in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. I can’t speak for Jefferson or Adams as they are, and at that time, were not around to make a statement concerning the Constitution as they were out of the country at the time of the signing. Thomas Jefferson was representing his country in France and John Adams was doing the same in Great Britain. So neither was around to debate the Constitution in the late 1780’s

Jefferson did not hesitate to express himself on issues likely to come before the convention prior to his leaving, though. He wanted a stronger American central government, but he also wanted to ensure that there were limits on its power. He wanted to make sure that the states retained some authority apart from the central government. This ended up as states’ rights.

Both Jefferson and Adams opposed a strong federal government. But, like in Pence’s situation, they were out voted on that part of the document.

“Why write to me?”

I wrote for others to see that I agreed with your statement. The first two words I used were “he did.” Then I elaborated on why I supported you adding facts to your entry from me.

So you wanted him to violate the directives of the Constitution,

No, I want him to follow them, and refuse to allow a fraudulent election to go forward. Why do you think they gave him that role? To be a rubber stamp? No.

accomplishing nothing because he would have been replaced,

You see that as accomplishing nothing? You clearly do not know how to fight a political fight. Asserting, during an official event, that the election was fraudulent is a powerful means of undermining anything Biden (if successfully placed into power) would have done. It would go into the history books as a disputed election and disputed legitimacy. It would have made the media liars scream. It would have made the election riggers worried. It would inflame the base further.

It would accomplish many beneficial things for the nation. It would have demonstrated Pence to be a man of strength, in touch with his constituency (even today most Republicans believe the election was rigged) and it would have made his political career.

We live in a country of laws and are expected to follow them.

And we expect them to be fair, and to represent the valid will of the people. Allowing a fake ballot stuffing rigged election to proceed is completely wrong, and at a very fundamental level.

“Please accept my apology.”

If you’ll accept mine for being misleading. I can see where I made myself hard to understand. We are all a little hamstrung with the English language. Hell, sometimes I don’t even understand myself.

“I want him to follow them, and refuse to allow a fraudulent election to go forward.”

Then you show me in the Constitution where it says the president of the senate has any individual way of personally stopping the electoral college vote for personal beliefs.

“Asserting, during an official event, that the election was fraudulent is a powerful means of undermining anything Biden (if successfully placed into power) would have done.”

Biden isn’t smart enough nor has the power to do what was done. As for the disputed election being recognized, Pence saying anything in that direction has no effect on gaining that thought. Hundreds of people have been arrested for violating voting laws all over the country and it still is considered a completed election.

You say I don’t understand a political fight? I do and I also understand that you don’t fight a political fight outside the established rules. And that’s what you are saying Pence should do. I have told you a few times that Pence did exactly what he is allowed to do and it didn’t get past committee for voting numbers failure. I also understand cutting off your nose to spite your face.

“It would go into the history books as a disputed election and disputed legitimacy. It would have made the media liars scream. It would have made the election riggers worried. It would inflame the base further.”

Everyone conservative is aware of the questionable election with a small group of republicans saying it and hundreds of arrests. See anything being changed? And you won’t as the republicans aren’t behind it and don’t want to be. It would be political suicide with the liberal media. I believe the term strategic retreat is sound here.

I have showed you the rules. I have displayed what the people you mentioned were doing when the Constitution was framed. I have tried to explain to you that there is nothing anyone will do and what you want Pence to do is not going to happen and why. You said it yourself. If someone can’t do anything other than what he did correctly by the rules from the document prescribing the process, and it didn’t change, then in this case, he is a rubber stamp. There are many like him all over the world whose hands are tied.

So if you still think you got screwed, and I believe you did too, then contact your congress people or senators. They’re the ones that did it, not Pence. I’m done with this. It is getting so redundant it is wasting my time. I won’t entertain another entry by you on this so don’t waste your time. You’re beating a dead horse.

Right after *YOU* show me in the constitution where a man has a right to own a gun for his personal beliefs.

Biden isn’t smart enough nor has the power to do what was done.

Not the point. The point is to make it a matter of public record and to reinforce the view that this election was corrupt and rigged.

You say I don’t understand a political fight? I do and I also understand that you don’t fight a political fight outside the established rules.

You do if you want to win. Did you not see all that Trump accomplished? I have personal experience at this. I was a political activist, and the things me and my crew did were massively effective, and we did *NOT* follow the established rules.

I have told you a few times that Pence did exactly what he is allowed to do...

Therein lies the problem and the essential difference between someone who fights and someone who complies.

The difference between a Lion and a sheep.

I also understand cutting off your nose to spite your face.

Cause we would be so much worse off if we had fought back. Yeah? How?

Would we have lost the respect of the human garbage that hates us anyway? F*** them! F*** the media liars and their quisling allies!

Everyone conservative is aware of the questionable election with a small group of republicans saying it and hundreds of arrests. See anything being changed? And you won’t as the republicans aren’t behind it and don’t want to be. It would be political suicide with the liberal media.

Something I have been saying for the last three decades. The "media" is the primary enemy this nation faces, and Republicans need to both understand that they are, and start treating them as that understanding would demand. We should be trying to gut the lying media weapon. We should be trying to put a corkscrew into it's spine. We should hit it with a nuclear sledgehammer.

Instead of cowering in terror before the propaganda machine, we ought to be making the people who run it terrified of us.

Did you see Kari Lake talk to that CNN liarette? *THAT* is how you deal with the media in a polite fashion. I would personally like to see a lot more physical moves directed at them, but a lot of people simply aren't ready for that.

I believe the term strategic retreat is sound here.

Some people always want to run away from a fight. Brave people fight even when the odds are against them.

I’m done with this.

Thank God. I was wondering when we would get to this point. Overdue in my mind.

It is getting so redundant it is wasting my time.

For several messages now.

I won’t entertain another entry by you on this so don’t waste your time.

You should have put that at the top of your message. Since i've already written this, i'm sending it anyways.

You’re beating a dead horse.

You should see the Civil War arguments in which I have been involved for the last four years.
