The thing is...Trump appointed this guy to two important places in his Administration. So either this guy is right, or Trump is pretty crappy at picking subordinates. That latter thing concerns me more than “mean tweets.”
Trump had him running numbers. That was his role. He was fine in that role, it’s not very political. He was then chief of staff. In hindsight not a great pick for that role. That being said, he was fired.
