Hot candidates really do have a substantial electoral advantage. Attractiveness governs all selective processes. Better looking folks, get better partners, better jobs, better auto deals and loan terms; they win elections and win arguments.
I’ve been watching the Alaska primary. Take a good look at the Democrat and establishment Republican candidates and contrast them with conservatives Palin and Tshibaka.
Take whatever polls you want, but its tough to beat a good-looking candidate with an unattractive one.
