My guess is that she's one of those people who float around on different informative Youtube channels.
That's where her current info seems to be coming from.
If you're going to put your own people on America message boards to steer opinions and discussions, you do it
before you need them, during which time they'll post other stuff. Or, if they're being paid, that wouldn't have happened until after the war started. She/he joined right after the war in 2014-15.
