Despite they propaganda, if you have enough fissile material building a nuclear bomb is very easy. The two hard parts are the refining the fissile material and then making it small enough to fit on a missile.
The detonators are a problem. But if NK can do it I’m sure Iran can.
They have the refining part down pretty good, despite what Stuxnet did.
Iranian missile tech is also quite good.
