Anecdotal, but interesting. Anything from the CDC is worthless. They proved themselves to be motivated by politics. I don’t trust them, so relying on research and seeing what is happening on the ground is important. Talking to my Dr. - who uses research from other countries - to make her decisions told me the same general information when discussing if I should get tested for antibodies(before I got covid) or get boosters. She’s OK with vaccine, a big no to boosters BTW.

The so-called “vaccine” and the boosters are the same thing so that doesn’t make sense - how can she be ok with one and not the other?
Maybe she is just displaying good bedside manner and doesn’t want you to feel bad that you already got the “vaccine”, but she doesn’t want you to take any more.
That’s the way I talk to my wife, who had to take the first shot to keep her job. So, I just say that’s fine that you got the first shot but please don’t take any more.
By the way, I think the Covid shots are totally worthless, but I don’t really buy the horror stories that they are dangerous. I never took the flu shots either.
I just think they don’t work at all, so if they don’t work, why take the risk, even if it’s minimal?
I think your doctor is right - you’ll be fine with the one shot - just don’t take any more - they don’t do jack squat.
As for the risk? Like smoking - maybe it’s fine we smoked before as long as we quit right now. But I really fear for the future of mankind if this fake vaccine approach is going to be the roadmap going forward.
The only reason we have such a robust immune system is because for millions of years, our ancestors let themselves be exposed to all manner of micro-organisms that we share the planet with.
Our immune systems evolved by that exposure and living in a bubble or letting vaccines do the work can only weaken us.
