Anyway, let's compromise and say 50,000 people attended. What's the current count of people arrested up to? Under 1,000.
It seems like the dividing line is "did you go in the capitol, or perhaps push against the barriers around it.
Did Epps go in the capitol? How many people who did not go in have been arrested? I know at least five people who went, and none of them have been arrested. (Two are ladies in their 70s.) But none of them went in the capitol.
Epps sure seems to have done a lot of instigation. That alone makes him guilty of being a creep - the guy urging everyone else to do what he himself is not willing to do.
And then skating away scott-free.
I don't feel sorry for him (I didn't click through to the NY Slimes either). He might be a Fed, but it seems plausible he might not be too.

If we had a REAL Jan. 6 investigation, he could be called and put under oath and asked the questions we all have. The fact that he has not been adds to the perception that he's part of the Feeb entrapment operation.
The next GOP President *MUST* pardon all of these people. It's simply disgusting the level of selective prosecution based on politics that has taken place.
It wasn't mere perception friend. He was at the barricade inciting people to break through. If we had a justice department he would be put under oath and asked some simple questions. 1) Why was he there? 2) Was he an operative of any organization within the government or outside of the government? 3) Why was he inciting violence that day? Those are some good starter questions but I am sure that many many more need to be answered by Mr Epps. Only a fool would believe that he is innocent.
How many people are on video inciting what the DEMs say is a crime?

I would go further and have every member of this so called committee as well as pelosi, schumer, and mcconnell have 100% of their pay, benefits, and other assets seized as restitution for these political prisoners.
