He will never face prosecution and no one will ever do anything to him, unless the DNC decides that the Charlie Foxtrot required to force Brandon out is materially better, for the party, than the Charlie Foxtrot that is the Brandon Administration. Perhaps, for the DNC, Hunter is a feature, and not a bug, of the Brandon Administration, because they have the ability to force him out of office if (when) they decide it makes sense electorally.
