Contract law is the highest law of the land and the FIRST AMENDMENT gives political classes (and beliefs) just as much rights as “sexual orientation” (which I’ll point out is neither objective or provable)

The First Amendment protects us from the government, not us from private business.

If you believe that bakeries MUST write perverse messages on their cakes because the law says so, then do you not also believe that a theater MUST allow a movie to be shown in their venue with perverse messages?

I asked you first.

No - saying that the first amendment only applies to the government is a lie and a leftist talking point.

Free speech is just as much of a RIGHT as “sexual orientation”

Your question was already answered in the first place.

The theater had a contract. The cake baker refused to make one.

Now you can answer.
