One thing we know about Japan, is they do not waste time executing criminals. This killer will be scheduled to receive torture before he is finally allowed to croak.
Yes...I used to work for this ex-Navy submariner who had one of his guys get locked up in a Japanese prison. Pretty shocking stuff!
