2 open ended pipe bombs, lots of tape, and what appears to be wires so maybe a battery.
Can make gunpowder easily at home as well.
It looks like a fully choked blunderbuss.
Appears to be battery operated. Perhaps industrial charges that are similar in size to a shotgun shell, filled with black powder (lots of smoke in the photos) and electrically fired. With a bunch of ball bearings packed inside the pipes.
