I would suspect a mag change too but who knows what was going through the mind of a nutcase like this? It will probably take a couple of days for more details to get sorted out. Even the official statements tend to be wrong to start with.
I wonder how they have any description of the shooter at all. If he was on a rooftop, as reported, he would have likely had fairly good cover. Perhaps someone in another building who was higher than street level could see him.
Yeah. Unless he was standing on the roof top. I could possibly be giving the nutbag to much credit. Could have went up early and put a gun there and slipped up there later right before the parade.
