She was assigned to an office, I don’t remember where.
So when the President goes to a city or town, the agents in that office are called up to work with the advance team and give the advanced team local info, details of the venue, etc.
Then when the President arrives, the local agents assume their assigned positions, gate duty, perimeter, ingress, egress, etc.
She was Not directly assigned to President Trump.
