The SC ruled that they cannot restrict an industry in general but can regulate specific abuses. This is bad news.

The ruling is so vaguely worded that it means very little. The ruling is full of holes. The USSC does not have the guts to issue a clear and direct ruling to the effect that only congress has the constitutional right to create law.
