They’ll ignore it - as they are other court decisions. The Rule of Law has been broken in this country and court rulings are becoming increasingly irrelevant.

In this case, they cannot ignore it.

If they, the EPA, attempts to fine or prevent a business from emitting CO2, every single court the business goes before will slap the EPA down, citing this SCOTUS decision.

About the only thing they can do is send EPA SWAT teams and kill people. I wouldn't put it past them, but that would be my personal "Go Sign".
