Actually this study will be given to a progressive social justice group to execute. One of thousands of such gifts in the federal budget to progressive organizations working diligently to fundamentally change America. We the people are literally funding our own destruction. Hundreds of millions of dollars are flowing to liberal groups through studies like this. It isn’t just Soros who is funding the progressive cause.
The House of Representatives controls the power of the purse. All federal appropriations must originate in the House. If the GOP captures the House in 2022, it should immediately go through the budget by line item and remove this type of spending as well as the billions of discretionary spending given to bureaucrats.
