A few weeks ago Roberts, ACB, and Kavanaugh sided with allowing mail-in ballots not needing the date to be filled out in PA. It hasn’t been all good rulings.
4 more Scotus rulings this term, due Wed. At first glance two are potentially big. A chance to smite the Adminstrative state in general and the EPA’s carbon rules specifically has me hopeful. And Scotus rules on Trump’s stay in Mexico rule, which Biden wants to overturn. Hard to see how the court could rule current POTUS can’t overturn executive order from prior POTUS so I’m not optimistic about that. Unless they wish to rule Joe isn’t POTUS, Trump still is. Which act would require almost as much of the left’s recreational drugs for me to believe, as it would take for them to cope with.
