How certain are you that a sizeable fraction of surgical abortions (to say nothing if the use of pharmaceutical abortifacients), if not possibly a majority of same, are not forced upon the woman in question by the man in question, or by the friends, allies or family of same?
Particularly in the cases of pregnancy or minors, which can be presumed rape. It’s always, “here’s an abortion for ya, all better now.”
Why not, “we’ll provide the abortion, but let’s get the police involved to prosecute the criminal who did this to you and make sure it never happens again. Who was it?”
