Notice both Collins and Manchin can’t specifically state that Gorsuch and Kavanaugh didn’t state they wouldn’t overturn Roe V Wade, but expressed a desire to respect long-standing law. That doesn’t mean RvW wasn’t on shaky legal ground, as Ginsburg herself said. As such, it deserved a review of its constitutionality. That issue is now where it belongs.. with the legislators and voters of the individual states.
