This is more than just the Second Amendment. It also includes due process of the Fifth Amendment.

Let this one through and you could find yourself without firearms (just this for now), later on maybe your house, kids or your car.

All it takes is for one person to say you’re dangerous and without your knowledge you could lose your guns.

Someone says you sell drugs from you home? Without even knowing bam! you’re on the street.

What if someone says you might run over people with your car as happened in Wisconsin? Next thing you know the police are taking your car.

What if some anonymous person says you are transphobic, maybe you go to a church that teaches traditional Christian values? They show up for your kids.

You’ll never know until the police are at your door. You will never be able to cross-examine the accuser. You will not be able to bring witnesses to testify in your behalf.

This opens up a huge can of worms.

Republicans really are the stupid party.

If you are a protected person or perhaps iff you are woke enough, you can run over your baby mama with your car. Then the judge will let you out on bail even after you already jumped bail, assaulted a police officer, etc. You get out on $1,000 cash bail, then mow down dozens at the parade with the same car.

What if you are a protected gang banger with a gun? Almost the same , except you get out with no bail and you get $1,000 a month until you shoot somewhen else at which point they stop paying you.

Now, what if you are a deplorable with no record but have a vindictive ex. They can already ban you from possessing and the new law make it even easier for the police to show up at your door

That's true.

This opens up a huge can of worms.

The can is already wide open. It is anarcho-tyranny where you get prosecuted for minor infractions (or no infractions) and the gang bangers get off and even get benefits.

Gee, this could happen to those that voted for it also!
