Where have you been the last 50 years? Has Fed.gov, controlled top-to-bottom by progressives and now woke radicals and their massive intelligence and law-enforcement apparatus done anything but expand abortion?

This was never, ever a matter to be decided by Fed.gov. It simply not in the constitution and the Founders did not want to give social and central planning powers to Fed.gov. And what happened? When progressives got strong enough, they took those powers anyway.

Yes, we can say abortion is at all times evil and a life is a fundamental human right. But giving power over it to the likes of Nancy Pelosi will give the exact opposite of protection of the right to life.

There is one other pragmatic result that could come of this.

If states are allowed to decide who is or isn't a human being, then states should also be allowed to decide who is or isn't a citizen.

States could then enforce their own definition of citizen and forcibly remove the Obama "children" that were allowed or transported into their borders.
