For the vast majority of the population of the United States, no matter what the protestors say, nothing has changed. Abortion is and will remain legal in a majority of the states and even more so for a majoriity of the population.

Those are the facts and are contrary to all the histrionics and hyberpolemic angst the Left will now pour out on the nation.

More importantly what the decision should be saying to the American people is if you want “rights” in the Constitution you need to insure they are written in the Constitution and not merely manufactured from nothing by the moral opinions of judges.

From the begininning the pro-abortion advocates understood that, from the days of putting the right of women to vote in the Constitution, by getting the amendment that said that. But they wanted a short cut to avoid the lenghty public and poltiical process the amending the Constitution requires. So they switched gears to instead subvert the judicial process with judges willing to write their own opinions into the Constititution, effectively rewriting the Constitution by judicial fiat. Roe was only one of many such decisions that the Leftward bent of some of the Sumpreme Court justices have made, for at least six decades.
