The early Christian church in Rome was blamed for many of the ills in the now defunct Roman empire. They were considered atheists( denied that Caesar was God)....and cannibals( the symbols of blood and flesh) from their feasts honoring Christ at the last supper. Not surprising that the same class of lies by the unbelievers are still floatin’ around.
Let’s face it....the once reliable pro American value institutions are now trying to promote any political and religious system. Don’t expect MSM to be any different.
