The same restrictions are here in New Jersey; identical to New York's "proper cause" bullshit. I am hoping that, because of this ruling by SCOTUS, that an effort begins in NJ to finally end it and allow law abiding citizens to carry.
One would think this covers all states.

This will probably have to be "tested" in some NJ courts to see if NJ is truly a part of the United States....
