Update!
My dad and I have been talking on the phone everyday this week. He's in very high spirits, the delirium is gone, and his breathing is normal. Tomorrow, July 2nd, his Covid quarantine will be over and the VA will transfer him to a short-term rehab facility to regain some of his physical strength. All in all, things are looking great!!
