I agree with you. Joe Biden has not learned how to use toe clips. Whoopee. I don't remember falling when I first learned to use toe clips, but it might easily have happened. There are many clearer signs of Joe's senility.
And the libs are having their usual mentalgasm over the perversity. (They love real perversity, but consider true humor to be perversity to them.)
Biden had his left foot all the way down. He was completely stopped. Then he fell to the right. Biden has some serious issues. They can try to blame the toe Clip but it’s a matter of poor balance.

He straightens his right foot and tries to push it to the ground while it is still inside the toe clip. Even if he had an absolutely superb sense of balance, that maneuver will always cause him to fall. If you use toe clips, you have to remember to pull your feet entirely out of them when you stop. After you pull a foot out, THEN you can push it to the ground.
He did not prove here that he has bad balance. He proved that he has not learned how to use a toe clip.
