2. Ukraine has never had a biological weapons program.
3. If Russia had invaded to stop a biological weapons program, why haven't they invited the world to see suspected sights?

There is no separating defensive/offensive in biowarfare research. Those in the field have pointed that out repeatedly. The “defensive purpose” trope is Biden administration rhetorical smog.
