Doesn’t make up for what he did at the Trump Rally.
He should have owned up about how wrong he was to say what he did say.
What exactly did Brooks say at the Trump rally about the vote fraud? Did he say, "They didn't cheat. It was won fair and square. Quit being a baby."? Or did he say, "they cheated, and we tried to take it all the way to SCOTUS and they refused to hear the case. So we can't undo it at this point. All we can do is move on and keep it from happening again."?
IMHO those are two different things.
