There was a poll the other day saying only 24% of Hispanics approved of Biden.

No doubt, there will always be people who depend upon the government for their benefits and support. But, if it weren't for that dependency, Biden's approval amongst all constituencies, would be lass than 10%. Who in their right minds approve of the disasters which Biden and democrats unleashed against the country and its citizens? Makes no sense at all to be in approval of anything he and democrats have done.
