Gov. Polis is saving some of his own millions this election season by having the Democratic Governors Association (DGA) do his dirty work and negative campaigning for him.
Democrat governors gave $1.5 million to the super PAC Strong Colorado, which passed on nearly half of that to yet another group, the Colorado Information Network, now airing ads attacking Greg Lopez in the GOP gubernatorial primary.
That’s according to the Colorado Sun, which is chasing the money down the different rabbit holes to determine who is funding the Network’s $915,000 ad buys attacking Lopez on the issues of gay marriage, abortion, and Donald Trump.

“Greg Lopez holds views that are too extreme and out-of-touch for Colorado,” DGA spokeswoman Christina Amestoy said. “Voters need to know what he believes in, what he would push on the state, and just how dangerous of a governor he could be.”
What’s extreme and out-of-touch, we would argue, are Democrats who think those issues are what worries Coloradans this election, rather than the rising price of gas, the inflated economy, and the struggle to pay rent and buy groceries.
Democrats don’t have primaries in Colorado.. They have coronations.

In fact, they would prefer to run against Lopez rather than Heidi Ganahl.
They are really messing with the Ron Hanks run for Senate.
They are also messing with several Congressional races, promoting the underdog.
Democratic involvement in Republican primaries in Colorado isn’t new.
In 2010, for instance, a group called Colorado Freedom Fund spent more than $500,000 airing ads attacking former U.S. Rep. Scott McInnis in his GOP gubernatorial primary contest against political newcomer Dan Maes.
The ads aired in the days before the primary, after the last campaign finance filing deadline for outside spenders, so it wasn’t until after the contest, which Maes won by 5,150 votes, that Coloradans learned the Democratic Governors Association and unions were behind the Colorado Freedom Fund.

The democrats and RINO groups that control these State parties are nothing but bottom to top political machines and they are effective, particularly at dolling out the fruits(money) of their continuous labors.

Democrats are playing dirty politics in Colorado with $1.5 million in dark money already spent on manipulative ads designed to divide the party and deliver fractured results in the GOP primary to the benefit of Democrats.
The ads purport to support certain Republican candidates, but cite reasons that Democrats hope will cause dissension among the GOP faithful.
To top it off, some in Colorado’s political media are dutifully reporting about these TV ads and mailers, and repeat all the divisive information designed to divide and conquer the GOP.

They’re trying their hardest to primary out Lauren Boebert but I don’t think it’s going to work if all Republicans do their duty.

That’s good. Hopefully the “Too Conservative” message will backfire because they don’t realize that more and more people of all stripes are wanting just that to counter all the damage done by the Dems.
The Rats always rely on the ignorant, low information voters who believe anything a Rat spouts out. Those days are coming to an end, imo. because now people are feeling pain and it’s on a personal level which they can relate to.

I used to think Don Coram was a good guy, but not now that he’s running against Lauren. He’s term limited in the legislature. Seems to be running so he doesn’t have to get a real job.

Lauren has a very effective commercial against him. You’ve probably seen it.
We don’t get many Lauren commercials in the Denver metro. I think she’ll handily beat Coram and have a solid win in the general. The media/Dems can bloviate all they want about her but they’ve lost all credibility with most people.

There is talk of the Deep State/Rats doing something to prevent the election from being held. I have been thinking that is a possibility. They will do anything to maintain their power and control.
