One of the key causes is the lockdown and staying indoors much more. This causes Vitamin D deficiecy, which is especially bad for dark skinned people. A little Vitamin D is in our food, but the main source is sunlight which is absent indoors and scarce in winter. Other vitamins like C, and E also help as does the mineral Zinc. Over twice as many black people are dying from Covid because what Vitamin D that is formed in their skin does not pass through the melanine easily. The link below describes a Covid study using almost 240 subjects with Covid, and often other illnesses. At the end of the study which was very successful, they went back to the blood tests given while selecting participants and found that NONE had an OPTIMUM blood level of Vitamin D. Three of the subjects had insufficient D levels. The rest were eather deficient or severely deficient.

This study was also a good study of the original Dr. Zelenko 3 part protocol that he sent to Trump, but Fauci probably discouraged him from explaining properly, so Fauci could promote the extremely costly ($3000 for treatment) drug Rendesivir which was far less successful in shortening hospital stays than the Vitamin C part of this study.

This study was done in Turkey which uses nmols/L (nanomols per liter) to rate blood Vitamin D levels. In the US we use ng/mL (nanograms per milliliter) to measure D. You have to divide Turkey’s blood levels by 2.5 to get the US levels. Their OPTIMUM level of ABOVE 70 nmols/L is the same as US 30 ng/mL. I was tested last December at Kaiser Permanente health care. Their OPTIMUM was a much higher range of 50 to 80 ng/mL. I, a 140 lb. woman started taking extra Vitamin D in summer 2020 after research suggested to me D was involved in the vaccine clotting issues. I have been taking 2000 IU to 5000 IU of Vitamin D depending on season and sun exposure and was very happy to score 66 ng/mL. My 240 lb. son was told by his doctor to take 10,000 IU of D per day.

BOTTOM LINE: If you want to stay out of hospitals, get your blood tested for D levels and take enough to get into the OPTIMUM range of above 30 ng/mL to 80 ng/mL. The one death in the study had 3 ng/mL.

kids were constantly indoors BEFORE covid on their computers and games. I call BS and say there must be serious investigation into these “vaccines” causing multiple viruses at once. This is unheard of, except for now, where information is coming out everywhere that the jab reduces your immune response.
