In a related matter, is the Taliban still on the terrorist list?
How about wasp and hornet spray? Long range and supposedly quite unpleasant when it hits the eyes. Several teachers I know have a can in their desks. For the occasional wasp that visits the classroom, of course.
It will say right on the can that such “Mis-use” is a felony.
Since congress is so fond of adopting more laws, let’s have one that says that prohibition is set aside in emergency situations like an attack on school children.
Not supposed to shine Lasers into eyes either.
But if I had kids in school they would have them for that purpose, just in case.
Shit-show Joe strikes again.
“On this day I’m remin’ed that th’ cataspheric bloo’shed of ‘Merika’s wars woulda been so much less if we’da done jus’ one...simple...thing: *whispers* ban AR-15’s an’ assault weapons in the handsa 18 ta 20-year olds.”
To the brave people at D-Day and all of those who served. This American thanks you for your service.

Joe Biden Ignores D-Day Anniversary Again, Demands Gun Control Instead

What jury?
Fed. would make them take a plea bargain and there would be no trial.
Even if there were a trial, you have much more faith in juries than I do.
I doubt it.
What kind of prosecutor would go after a hero teacher who saved his or her class because of misuse of a bug spray on a murderer/would-be murderer.
I took training by the local sheriff’s department dealing with exactly this scenario. The program is called ALICE. If the killer gets in the room with you, you use whatever is to hand—hot coffee, chairs, books, letter opener etc., etc.
And then there’s the adage ‘better to be judged by twelve than carried by six’. Going to trial for ‘inappropriate use of wasp spray’ is better than being shot dead along with your students.

Update: At approximately 8:45 PM ET, one hour after this story ran on the front page of Breitbart.com, Joe Biden sent a commemorative tweet recognizing the historic significance of the D-Day invasion on June 6, 1944.
President Joe Biden ignored the anniversary of the historic D-Day invasion by American soldiers for the second year in a row as president.
On social media, the president instead made a desperate plea for gun control.

The White House again tried to boast about the strength of the American economy on Biden’s watch and also tried to reassure Americans he was working to get more baby formula into the country, as shortages continue.
But there was no mention of D-Day from the president on his social media accounts, his press statements, or publicly. The White House did not even address D-Day during the daily press briefing.
