Sure seems that way, especially, reading about the conditions in the jail where Jan 6 alleged “insurrectionists”.
Democrats, yesterday, threatened to do away with Filibuster and pack SC if their demands are not met re guns. Are they interfering with government business? Are they insurrectionists??
Add Nazi Germany to that mix. Dachau opened in 1933, initially as a camp for political prisoners. Prisoners included communist party members, minor criminals, and individuals who could not hold down a job. The first four victims of murder that year were Jews. Camp guards said they tried to escape, despite having been shot in the back of the head at close range. Others were driven to suicide because of relentless beatings, and if they weren't cooperative in doing themselves in, they were helped by staff.
