So “assault” is now a style. Does this mean they will stop investing in companies that print Women of the Israeli Defense Force calendars.
And yet we’re forced to pay for planned parenthood?
This is BS
But they will continue to invest in pharmaceutical companies that make the drugs found in many mass shooters systems.
What IS an “assault-style” weapon? Whyyy— it would be anything, ANYTHING used to assault another person in a deadly attack.
Baseball bat, bayonet, sword, samurai sword, stiletto, kukris (for sure deadly), and ANY firearm of any design or mechanism.
And people will kill with bricks and rocks.
NEVER ever look at the individuals the GOVT. HIRES to kill— why, no— those are sanctioned by elected and UNelected officials. Legal, they say. NOT we say, we who do not give CONSENT to these charlatans.
I am not sure that the commando lime green goes with my camo fatigues but hey, its a look.
Commies, commies everywhere.
...that taxpayers will have to pay for higher bond ratings due to lower yields?
...that state retirees will get less?
Mismanagement of state funds is criminal and Zach Conine needs to be charged for using taxpayer funds for his virtue-whining.
On a related note, the Nevada State Police and the Nevada State National Guard need to turn in their actual "assault weapons".
Will they stop purchasing from those companies?
Will ‘asalt shakers’ be next on their banned list?
They’re free to invest however they like but they probably don’t have much investment in sporting goods or gun manufacturers so this is probably symbolism over substance.
Arguably, for clarity, all weapons by definition are "assault" weapons.
That is what excites "snowflakes" and leftists.
It really is just a style, because there is no such thing as an "Assault weapon". It's pretty much like saying "We want stop investing in or ban certain guns because they look SCARY." Seriously, I'm guessing you could take a gun that worked the same way as an AR-15 and shot the caliber ammo, but designed it to look like a hunting rifle with burnished wood instead of black metal and some nice carvings of deer and ducks in the stock and most democrats would not have a problem with it at all, because now it not a "weapon of war" it's just a nice hunting rifle like grandaddy use to have above his fireplace.
You just described the Ruger mini-14, ranch model.
Kinda like a Mini 14?
How much of Nevada’s portfolio is really invested in gun or ammo companies? I doubt it is very much. I think this is mostly liberal support of their narrative.
..you got it....! why, heck.... I have several assault-style hammers in my tool chest, and numerous varieties of assault-style screwdrivers as well...and we have two assault-style cats around the house to keep away intruders, etc...
“....When I use a word,’ Humpty Dumpty said in rather a scornful tone, ‘it means just what I choose it to mean — neither more nor less.’ ‘The question is,’ said Alice, ‘whether you can make words mean so many different things.’ ‘The question is,’ said Humpty Dumpty, ‘which is to be master — that’s all.” ―
Bulls**t on steroids......
