Who are those two guys to the left of the frame?
Why are they letting a guy carrying a long rifle masked up in all black enter a school?
How - of all places - did the shooter know to go to that specific door?

Ok their heads are behind a tree but it looks like they are carrying something on their belts. These were not the people being fired on at the funeral home, that’s down the street.
Why haven’t these people been interviewed? They are at the very least witnesses to the crime.
From the picture it seems they were only 20 meters away from the shooter. If they were passerby’s you would expect them to be running for their lives.

The dark vertical lines are directly under a tree. They’re not people’s legs. They are the four trunks of a multiple trunked tree. You can see it on Google maps street view across the street from the school.
