If I were in this situation, I would have called in a White Supremacist in a Nazi uniform actively shooting children.
That would have got the Feds attention - they would have arrived with guns blazing.
After all the DHS has told us repeatedly that our greatest threat is from White Supremacists.
Judging from prior instances in Texas, the FEDs would have set the school on fire.
