3-inch ordnance rifles and 12 lb. Napoleons. Some of them live shoot with real ammunition at the NSSA matches.

The fact that the Constitution directly mentions Letters of Marque, shows that they considered and accepted the proposition that private individuals and organizations would have access to crew-served weapons. Otherwise, including it makes no sense.
It's never to early to assign blame. Government schools are to blame. The founding of our nation is not covered in detail, unless it is to indoctrinate students as to the evils of our Founding Fathers. Leftists utilize the people's ignorance by repeating lies often enough that they will that the lie is truth.
Government schools are partly at fault for these shootings. They are culpable for the environment. Part of the responsibility can be assigned to the handling of COVID when students were isolated, placed alone in front computers consume garbage, whether it was first-shooter games or porn. It was the teachers and teacher unions that fought to keep schools shuttered. Government schools are at fault for massive ignorance, intellectual incompetency, leftist ideologies, sick twisted beliefs in multiple genders, critical race theory, and unconstitutional arguments. There is no critical thinking by teachers because they lack the ability. They have been indoctrinated in college education degree programs and many are illiterate. Many are low IQ and incapable of doing real college level work. Teachers are the problem. They need to be replaced. Government schools need to be replaced. Government schools are too woke and broken to be fixed.
Parents are also the problem, more accurately, a lack of fathers. A lack of fathers leaves children without the role models that teach children how to be a good moral man. Parents are not providing their children with religion training. This used to be a primary source of morals and ethics. But no longer.
Democrat policies over the last 60 years are to blame. Today, leftist ideologies such as two mommies or two daddies being just as good as a mother and father are to blame. Democrat policies that have forced nearly all young parents to work instead of have one parent at home raising their children are to blame.
There is plenty of blame to go around. America is crumbling. Fixing America is not more difficult than living with it's crumbling. Identify the problems. Solve the problems.
