talks about Russian successes; perhaps this is the first time we see it in British press.. but then Telegraph cares about its reputation more than say DailyMail.

Russia is learning to fight a major war again by letting the idiotic, old guard generals reap their own folly by getting killed in combat and then replacing them with younger officers who have learned the hard way how to fight on the battlefield. America’s military would improve overnight if half of the generals and officers were forced to retire immediately and replaced with new blood.
