Cops are going to get creamed for their response, having learned nothing from Columbine, 23 years ago.
Whomever is the commander who made the call to do the perimeter response to an active shooter needs to be crucified. I say all this IF-IF this happened. With most mass shootings there are lots of news reports that turn out to be lies or they just got it wrong.
