So no one else other than the child matters and you live only to yourself? What about your mate? Most children have TWO parents. And four grandparents. And sometimes siblings. And sometimes cousins, etc... A meaningless death might have more cost than you first realize at first glance.
My “lecture”, as _you_ call it, simply points out the fact that giving your life in vain is, well, ...vain! Virtue signalling is for the Left. If you are going to truly sacrifice, please do so wisely and thoughtfully, while trying not to endangering your own kids, your friends, neighbors, their children and law enforcement in the process.
(For example, if there were law enforcement officers already in the building, how would they know whether or not you were not also a threat? Or might your movements somehow unwittingly reveal their location to the shooter? Might you force them to act prematurely, supposing they knew hostages were already dead? Etc...)
Please understand, I’m not advocating for cowardice, but for measured and thoughtful judgment.
Respectful regards,
Fair point!

Hear, hear!
Me, I wouldn’t expend my energy on “Nonliberal” because he can’t seem to hear.
Proverbs 26
12 ¶ Seest thou a man wise in his own conceit? there is more hope of a fool than of him.
That kid, dying, takes precedence. Everyone will have to understand. Dad will carry on making sure police reform their stupid protocol or lack thereof.
I completely understand how you feel.
But once it is certain there is no more hope for the one, their siblings and their father really ought to factor in somewhere.
> I guess the drill was a rip-roaring success
:-(
That’s actually quite probable. :’(
Sadly, one of Texas’ senators (Senator Ted Cruz) already proposed reasonably effective changes such as bullet proof glass, single points of entry at schools, an armed guard and the like - only to have it shot down by the Democrats.
This was completely preventable and it appears that it could have been fully funded across the entire country for less than half a billion.
> Using the phrase “circle back” is a 2022 admission of guilt.
Nope; you’re confused by the Biden administration and their spokeswomen: just because _they_ lie pathologically doesn’t actually mean everyone else does.
Do we even know for sure that the 19 kids were still alive at that point?
Not everyone in the USA is blind like these armchair quarterbacks. The men in uniform endure the fools for the sake of those precious few who understand reality, and their families.
Yes, very impressive courage given the three SWAT members were the ones who actually went in and killed the perp.
Right: two did courageously TRY. And tried RIGHT AWAY.
But the shooter had a vote too and it looks like he didn’t play “Call of Duty” for nothing.
They do. They’ll be fine. You take the chance. Actually the father does ideally. But I never trusted my particular elementary school to protect my kids. I homeschooled then put them in private schools and way far from the human trafficking interstate.
Parents have to protect their kids and assessing the level of stupidity of the local cope s and teachers is part of it.
That is in dispute actually
Can’t get their story straight
And so what
> Hey let’s just do away with cops
No.
That’s the leftist’s battle cry and I’m opposed.
LA is a _major_ population center.
The population of Ulvalde was 14,929 at the 2000 census, so it took a while for SWAT to arrive.
Me too, I was being sarcastic.
> I homeschooled
You have my respect and appreciation. :-)
