The sex was probably oral given by the “woman”. He likely didn’t find out until after it was over. The “woman” may have said you just had sex with a man, how did you like it? Not sure it is a crime but it really seems like rape. I believe I read in Canada, if a man agrees to use a rubber, and then doesn’t, it is a form of rape.
